The Liberty Center Public Library is funded by the Public Library Fund, a school district levy, and patron contributions. The Public Library Fund (PLF) is 1.7% of the general revenue fund of the State of Ohio and is allocated to all public libraries in Ohio. We are also supported by a 1.3 mill levy on real estate based on the Liberty Center School District.
