Brief description:
Patrons receive 2-3 YA books in a small bag with instructions and ingredients to make 2-3 chocolate bombs, after filling out an online Google form.
How-to for this program:
Patrons will cozy up this winter with a few good YA books and will craft some yummy hot chocolate bombs! They'll receive 2-3 YA books in a small bag with instructions and ingredients to make 2-3 chocolate bombs after filling out a Google form (which you'll make specific to your library). They'll receive a hold alert when items are ready for pick-up (after you've put the bag together). The hold alert will be for the books you've picked, so remind patrons not to be alarmed if they get a notification and they don't recognize the books. Items must be picked up within 7 days of notification (or whatever your policy is). Books are to be returned by their due date.
