The reading experience, just as with any online or face-to-face experience, is about how the customer wants to be served. What’s good for you, may be the opposite of what I want to get from your store or website. Reading is no exception.

Whether it’s the printed word, on a Kindle, or reading interactively online, people will to continue to read, just in new ways.
